- General Agreement
By making a donation to Sarvion Alliance, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our donation services and your relationship with our organization.
- Donations Are Voluntary
All donations are made voluntarily. Once a donation is submitted, it is considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable U.S. federal or state law.
- Use of Funds
Your donation will be used to support Sarvion Alliance's mission, programs, and operations across the United States and Africa. While we strive to honor donor preferences, we reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to advance our charitable mission.
- Tax Deductibility
Sarvion Alliance is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law. A written acknowledgment will be provided for contributions of $75 or more as required under IRS Section 6115. Please consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific filing circumstances.
- Privacy and Data Security
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for processing your donation, issuing acknowledgments, and complying with applicable legal obligations. - Recurring Donations
If you choose to make a recurring donation, you authorize Sarvion Alliance to charge your chosen payment method on the scheduled basis selected. You may cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at admin@sarvionalliance.org.

Sarvion Alliance reserves the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our programs, operations, or applicable law. Continued use of our donation platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
